Spice Bliss

I ordered the vegetable Samosas and they were delicious. Lots of flavor, tasted fresh and perfectly crispy. I’d get them again if I was in the area. I also ordered the butter chicken. I’m not really an expert on Indian cuisine but I thought it was good and flavorful. I got a level one spice and it had a good flavor to it. You can choose a 1-5 spice level on most dishes so that’s nice. The chicken seemed a little dry to me but not too bad. I seen that some people had complained about small chunks of chicken. My dish had large chunks. Seemed like a fair amount of food for the price. I was working in the area and stopped by because the bright colors of the building caught my attention. The neighborhood is very active though.. maybe order delivery at night lol. I think this is just a take out spot. Not much seating.

Thank you for the complimentary chicken #6 and water bottles and letting us devour your food in one sitting at 2am. There is truly no establishment like yours and eating your garlic naan is a spiritual experience that I cherish every visit. Thank you for your excellence and nighttime smells that grace the sidewalks.

Hours were desirable for late-night Uber Eats. Time for pickup and delivery were appropriate. Ordered Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan. The packaging was fine on all but neither were my favorite to taste compared to many Seattle Indian restaurants I've tried. Butter Chicken was quite overly sweet — The spices flavor was good, but I could taste the added sugars and was just too sweet for my liking. The chicken also seemed to just be pan fried (as opposed to marinated and grilled for optimal flavor) and itself was very bland and mediocre. The Garlic Naan was both overcooked and undercooked; seemed as though cooked quickly on a super hot pan for a short amount of time: rendered the exterior burnt and the interior gooey. Also not as generously garlic-y as other Seattle Indian restaurants. Might try again if I'm in another late-night bind, but won't be getting these items again.
